Important Information
The conditions
The guarantee is to the original buyer only and does not transfer with the boat if sold. It holds for private ownership and private use only, with servicing on schedule under a continuous Arksen Assured agreement recorded in your digital logbook, engine hours within the agreed allowance, and clear title at handback. The trade in window opens on the fourth anniversary.
The guarantee is set out in full in your build contract.
