Pertex®
UK-based lightweight, high-performance fabrics combining durability, breathability, and weather protection. Includes waterproof shells (Shield®), insulating downproof fabrics (Quantum®), and air-permeable layers (Quantum Air®). Focused on sustainability with recycled and recyclable materials.
Pertex Shield® | Waterproof Protection

Cayus Waterproof Jacket | 2.5-layer Pertex® Shield fabric for waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection. Fully seam-taped and packable, engineered for movement on alpine trails or in urban environments.
Pertex Quantum® | Lightweight Insulation
Use:
Jackets and layers with down or synthetic fill.

Majocchi WATER ZERO®
Majocchi / Majotech is an Italian textile innovator producing high-performance, durable, and sustainable fabrics. Their WATER ZERO® line reduces water and chemical use while maintaining technical excellence, making it a trusted choice for premium outerwear brands.
How it works:
Traditional polyamide (nylon) fabrics can use up to 4,000 litres of water per 1,000 metres just in the dyeing process — not including washing, scouring, and finishing. WATER ZERO® rethinks this cycle entirely, using far less water and energy while preserving performance.
