Our inspiration behind the Arksen D110e range is to create an electric vehicle which allows the driver to experience the ancient energy and wonder of our world in a new way. 
With full 4x4 capability, silent running, no gears, near instant torque and zero tailpipe emissions the Arksen D110e is designed to create a new off-road experience and connection to nature.

Engineered in South Africa, with an Electric Powertrain built and installed in the UK, the Arksen D110e is a meticulously restored and upgraded masterpiece that blends modern refinement, luxury, and enhanced capability seamlessly.
Each build is a reimagined 5 door, Land Rover Defender 110 Station Wagon with a multitude of upgrades to be your ideal adventure platform and/or daily driver. 
We can source donor vehicles to suit your needs including &gt;25yrs which makes our vehicles eligible for import to most markets including the US. 
We can build to LHD or RHD specifications and our build time is 8-10 months depending on specification and destination.

The Arksen D110e's 150kW motor powers all four wheels through the transfer case, preserving high and low range capabilities, supported by a robust 70kWh battery system.
 Off-road adventures are redefined with silent running, near instant torque, and a gear less, tailpipe-free experience whilst on the road, revel in the thrill of sub 8-second 0-60 mph performance, offering a new era of performance for this iconic overlander.
Upgraded Terrafirma suspension, promises optimal performance when paired with a new brake system, new front and rear discs, and new 16” Wolf rims on Cooper S/T Maxx tires (32”).

Built with a deep commitment to sustainability, the Arksen D110e embodies Arksen's mission to up-cycle materials that the planet has already invested in. Combining the iconic capabilities of the Defender with an electric powertrain marks a testament to our wider commitment to a greener future.
We firmly believe electrification can and should play a role in exploration, and we continue to research how we can go beyond our D110e electric Land Rovers to deliver other electrified vehicles and powertrains in the future.

In addition to the electrification and performance upgrades, the Arksen D110e is striking in design, with curated exterior paint selections and luxury interior features that elevate the Defender's iconic aesthetic inside and out.
The addition of new carpet, reverse camera, air conditioning, power steering and the Alpine touchscreen ILX-F903D Audio system with AppleCarPlay/Android Auto connectivity, and USB charging ports make it both a stylish and convenient adventure platform.

The Arksen D110e has been curated in two classes: Adventure Prepped and Expedition Ready for optimal on-trip experience &amp; confidence. 
Adventure Prepped (AP) with built in power, water and fridge is ideal for day exploration, social events, wild camping trips or for you to build out your own ultimate overlander.

Exhibition Ready (ER) is everything above plus expertly curated expedition equipment including roof tent, awning, shower, cooking equipment, recovery gear and winch.

Given that great overland adventures begin with the right platform, we have carefully curated our Arksen Overland range. 
Our D110e features a refined soundproofed interior with black leather Puma front seats, luxury-trims, and a black Alcantara dash. It also includes a new centre console, new clusters, clocks, and control switches, and convenient power windows. 
However, we recognise that everyone's adventure and style is unique so we can work with you to define your ideal Arksen D110e interior spec.

Our D110e exterior boasts an array of curated enhancements including LED headlights, side lights, and rear lights to illuminate your path. The inclusion of the LED front bumper, black heritage-style mesh grille, and the iconic Arksen Orange steering guard enhance its stylish appeal while the rear ladder and full-length Front Runner roof rack are included to allow for accessible roof-top storage.
