We offer as standard free courier delivery in 5-6 working days. We offer express courier delivery in 1-2 days at a charge of £10 for UK delivery. Orders to Europe & ROW will incur an additional charge. Please contact customer services at info@arksenlabs.com for further information.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be notified via email and receive parcel tracking information.
Depending on your location, your order will be delivered by DPD or DHL.
If you will not be in to receive your order, you have the option with DPD to leave your parcel in a safe place chosen by you prior to delivery or you can also reschedule the delivery.
We offer a 28-day period after you have received your order when you can return your order for free. For returns please contact us at info@arksenlabs.com quoting your order number. All returns must be unworn in their original packaging. Please allow 7 working days from the point at which we receive your return for your refund to be processed.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange you item please place a new order for the new item and contact us at info@arksenlabs.com to arrange return of your initial purchase and refund.
We strive to build every Arksen Labs garment to the highest standards however if your item fails due to a manufacturing fault we will replace your item for free. Please contact info@arksenlabs.com with your order number and details of the fault. If the garment fails due to improper use we will advise on options for repair through our provider with associated costs.
We strive to build every Arksen Labs garment to the highest standards. All Arksen Labs garments comes with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Should any purchased product fail due to a manufacturing defect within one year of the purchase date, we will provide a replacement (either a direct replacement or if unavailable, the closest match) or organise a repair, at our discretion. Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, negligence or normal wear and tear. Please contact us at info@arksenlabs.com and we will be able to advise you.
We strive to build every Arksen Labs garment to the highest standards but we know that items do get worn out or accidentally damaged so we offer a repairs service through Scottish Mountain Gear. Please contact us at info@arksenlabs.com and we will be able to advise you and provide some options and costs to bring your garment back into fully working order.
