Financial Performance and Business Overview
Our 2024 revenues totalled £X, with a loss of £YY. Whilst we expect to continue operating at a loss for the next couple of years as we scale our dealer network and brand, we are confident in creating a business of exceptional value over the coming years.

Revenue distribution across our divisions stands at:
- Marine: 70%
- Automotive: 18%
- Apparel: 12%
All divisions show significant potential for scale, with apparel generating our highest margins.
Our digital presence has grown substantially:
- Social media traffic increased 30-fold year-on-year
- Website traffic grew 20-fold
The brand continues to receive exceptional reception, and our strategy creates multiple opportunities to further scale engagement.
2025 Strategic Focus
We are positioning 2025 as a year of product launches across our marine, apparel, and adventure business units. The marine division drives revenue scale, whilst apparel creates enhanced margins and brand reach. Our new adventures business generates compelling narratives around our products in use, strengthening our community bonds.
Marine Innovation
The second Arksen 85, our first full hybrid vessel, will commence its maiden voyage within eight weeks. This remarkable vessel features numerous engineering firsts, including a 7,000-mile range, silent running capability, solar power integration and multiple stabilisation systems. Initially bound for the Mediterranean, followed by Norway and Greenland, it will undertake the Northwest Passage in 2027. The vessel will be available for limited charter, with curated adventure trips planned for our community.
Apparel and Adventures
Our apparel line, manufactured in Europe's most advanced factories, has garnered glowing reviews for its innovation and sustainability. Now stocked in Selfridges London, we aim to expand wholesale distribution whilst scaling our pre-order and direct-to-consumer business.
Our adventures offering is set to launch with exceptional experiences, including:
- Everest expeditions with Jay Morton
- African traverses in classic Land Rovers
- Nitrox diving in Malta aboard the Arksen 85
- Exclusive free-diving courses with a seven-time world champion
Media and Conservation
Our collaboration with Sir David Attenborough and Silverback Films has culminated in a masterpiece documentary, likely Sir David's final major film. The global premiere is scheduled for 6th May in London, coinciding with his 98th birthday, and will be attended by His Majesty King Charles. This launch marks a powerful beginning for Arksen Films, our media division focused on adventure and conservation content.
We have a number of tickets for the premier which are available to our community in return for a donation to our charity 10% for the Ocean. If you would like to attend pls click here.
Product Development
The Discovery 8, launched in September 2024, has received outstanding reviews.
We plan to expand the range with the Discovery 10 and 12 this year. These powerful RIBs serve as entry points to the Arksen marine range. We continue development of the Arksen 48 and 33, whilst our automotive operations have been consolidated in the UK.
Conservation Initiative
Our '10% for the Ocean' initiative continues to gain traction, uniting 70 of the most impactful ocean conservation projects globally. We operate as an ETF-style fund for ocean conservation, supported by The Sean Connery Foundation, Fauna & Flora, Cazenove, and Arksen.
We are addressing three key areas:
1. Marine Sector Growth
- Target: £100m revenue business
- Solution: Raising up to £50m in secured asset-backed lending for vessel production and dealer credit
2. Apparel Expansion
- Requirement: £5m inventory finance to optimise stock funding
3. Brand Development
- Current status: £3.2m raised of £10m target equity round (initiated September 2024)
- Focus: Marketing investment and customer service infrastructure. Our next community only fundraise will go live shortly.
